Product must be in the condition you purchased it in ie:- un-washed, unworn, no funky smells, NO PET HAIR, with original tags and receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must send items back within 14 days, with original tags attached, to receive store credit.

Yes, we offer exchanges in-stire. Please contact the store ASAP to make arrangements for any online exchanges.

We understand sometimes things don't work out. To start a return please email stylesbyerica18@gmail.com. The customer is responsible for the expense of sending their own returns back within 14 days with the original tags attached for store credit.

If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery please notify us within 3 days. If the timeframe is passed our return policy we will not accept said items.
